• Define and drive Trustwell’s AI product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company vision and growth goals.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and AI-driven solutions that create real competitive advantages.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation to launch to scale.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver AI-powered applications (chat, voice, predictive analytics, automation).
• Mentor and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Act as the voice of the customer, making data-driven decisions that drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Track KPIs and continuously refine products for performance, scale, and customer value.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML technologies and position Trustwell as an industry leader.

✅ What You Bring

• 15+ years of product management experience, including 10+ in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of bringing AI/ML applications to market—from concept to scale.
• Deep expertise in AI frameworks, LLMs, chat/voice generative applications, and applied ML.
• Experience building products that deliver results in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• A mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution—you can see the big picture while delivering quick wins.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
