📚 Candidate Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Leadership, Communications, or a related field.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Previous HR, leadership, or organizational experience a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid role – must be able to work remotely and attend in-office sessions (Atlanta, GA).
