This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building partnerships, driving performance, and executing strategy in the field.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow agency relationships across your assigned territory (Atlanta-based with East Coast coverage).
- Build trust and credibility with agents through in-person visits, virtual sessions, and ongoing coaching.
- Translate national strategy into local growth initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Partner with agencies on marketing plans, sales strategies, and execution roadmaps.
- Deliver training on Trustwell’s carrier portfolio, systems, and value proposition.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and maximize agent productivity.
- Recruit, interview, and appoint new agency partners to expand Trustwell’s distribution.
- Monitor agent performance and, when needed, take corrective action to maintain excellence.
✅ What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of sales/insurance experience.
- Proven track record of owning and driving sales growth.
- Experience across multiple insurance lines (P&C, Commercial, Life & Health) a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within your territory (up to 35%).
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute strategy independently.
