All policies are subject to terms outlined in the individual insurance agreements. We act as intermediaries between clients and insurers but do not underwrite policies.

4. Eligibility To purchase an insurance policy through us, you must be:At least 18 years of age or legally capable of entering into contracts.A U.S. resident or a business operating in the United States.Providing accurate and truthful information during the application process.

8. Claims Processing Trustwell Insurance assists with claims processing but does not guarantee claims approval. All claims are subject to review and approval by the underwriting insurance company. Policyholders must provide accurate and timely documentation for claim processing.

9. Limitation of Liability Trustwell Insurance shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee coverage or claim approvals and are not responsible for decisions made by underwriting insurers.

10. Compliance with Laws Trustwell Insurance complies with all applicable federal and state insurance regulations, including but not limited to:The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), where applicableState-specific insurance laws and guidelines

11. Communication and Consent By using our services, you consent to receive communications via email, phone, and text messages. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out by replying "STOP" to any message.

12. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia. Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit
